When using Spectrum Webmail, Link in emails do not display. Does not display on PC, S2 and A8 tablets nor on Android phone. How to fix this?

With you being able to send fine via Earthlink's webmail this sounds like an issue within Outlook itself. At this time I would contact Earthlink to see if they can assist you with verifying the server info as well as troubleshoot this further.
