Clean Cars 4 All provides incentives to help lower income consumers living in priority populations replace their old, higher polluting vehicles with newer and cleaner transportation. Participants have the option to purchase or lease a new or used plug in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV), zero emission vehicle (ZEV), or zero emission motorcycle (ZEM).
Clean Cars 4 All (CC4A) is an incentive program offered to income qualified Sacramento residents. The program provides grants to help residents retire their old vehicles and replace them with zero or near zero emission vehicles or electric bikes.
Are you ready to switch to a cleaner ride and save money? The Clean Cars 4 All program, helps eligible California residents upgrade to a clean air vehicle while removing high polluting gas vehicles from the road.
The Clean Cars 4 All program will provide incentive funding for qualifying low income residents of state designated disadvantaged communities to trade in older passenger cars and trucks and replace them with newer hybrid and electric vehicles or other transportation options.
Clean Cars for All is accepting applications for residents that live in all counties in the Bay Area Air Quality Management District’s jurisdiction. Find out if you are eligible on the Eligibility Page.
Clean Cars 4 All (CC4A) is an incentive program offered to income qualified residents in disadvantaged communities. The program provides grants to help residents retire their old vehicles and replace them with zero or near zero emission vehicle or transit cards.
Clean Cars 4 All provides financial incentives to retire older, more polluting vehicles and replace them with newer, cleaner hybrid and zero emission vehicles or alternative mobility options.
Participants must retire their vehicle through Clean Cars for All and may not sell their vehicle or receive funding by retiring the same vehicle through the Consumer Assistance Program (CAP) or Vehicle Buy Back Program (VBB).
Drop off old vehicle at approved salvaged facility. In order to complete the application, please provide the following required documents. In some situations, more documentation may be requested at the program administrator's discretion. Any application submission that is missing one or more required documents may be cancelled.
