The gospel is good news because it brings a person into the everlasting and ever increasing joy of Jesus Christ. He is not merely the rope that pulls us from the threatening waves; he is the solid beach under our feet, and the air in our lungs, and the beat of our heart, and the warm sun on our skin, and the song in our ears, and the arms of our beloved. What Is the Gospel?
The gospel is the news that Jesus Christ, the Righteous One, died for our sins and rose again, eternally triumphant over all his enemies, so that there is now no condemnation for those who believe, but only everlasting joy. That’s the gospel. You Can’t Outgrow the Gospel You never, never, never outgrow your need for the gospel.
We no longer live in the heyday of the gospel centered movement. But no Christian, however mature, has outgrown the need to remain daily centered on the gospel.
Each generation needs faithful men to pass on the apostolic teaching that was entrusted to them. By the Spirit’s power, we preserve the truth until Christ returns.
Jesus saves sinners. At the heart of the Christian faith is the glory of God in the rescue of the ungodly.
The gospel is not just a good idea or good advice. The gospel is the good news about what God has already done through Jesus Christ.

God has called you not to value your life but for one thing: to finish your race and the ministry you received from the Lord Jesus to bear witness to the gospel of the grace of God. This grace gives you the firmest foundation for your ministry and the best message E. St. Louis could ever hear.
The gospel is an application of the achievements accomplished in history to your heart individually when you believe. So, forgiveness of sins was purchased once and applied now. All your sins are forgiven when you believe. Justification — you weren’t justified when Jesus died; you’re justified when you believe, when it becomes yours.
It's simply a loosely drawn together coalition of pastors, mainly, who are of like mind concerning the centrality of the gospel in church life.
