The website hasn't loaded for me all day and I can't schedule a phone call with ADP Until February 9th which doesn't cut it. We are expanding to Texas (currently in Louisiana) and we hired our first Texas employee. I am very familiar with multi state payroll and payroll taxes but I don't know where and how to set up a jurisdiction in ADP to make sure the multi state tax filings are done ...
Since I am not in HR, or an ADP Admin, I am not allowed to contact ADP support for some reason, and our HR department is technologically illiterate so I highly doubt they will be able to resolve it on there own. Anyone know why this happening or how to fix it? We use ADP Workforce Now.
ADP is the overall system. They have different sites of ADP. For example, at my company we have ADP workforce now and we also use ADP to manager succession planning. Each are two completely different links and you can’t use one to get to the other.
Workforce Now Next Gen anyone else? We just implemented ADP WFN Next Gen and the system itself is NOT at all what we were sold on. It has been clunky and there are features that aren’t even “turned on” yet that are still in the user interface.

I don’t have too many managers complaining about WFN because we’re smaller so right now I handle most HR processes for them. But as the person doing the setup, day to day, and troubleshooting, I complain about the lack of competent and timely support.
Hi! Check out The Bridge in ADP, theres alot of useful info there as well as a bunch of useful downloadable guides. You can access it from your admin dashboard up in the right hand corner next to your initials. I also find that the reporting dashboard provides alot of useful insight for snapshots of data.
How do you access an employees pay stubs on workforce? I know it’s under reports but don’t remember where
There is a ton of free training available through ADP Workforce Now. They also have The Bridge which is an online community forum. There are also numerous tutorials. Having used many different HRIS Payroll systems I find ADP on of the easiest to adopt very user friendly and intuitive.
Updating employer in ADP app? My last few employers have use ADP for payroll and I have always liked having the app to have easy access to pay stubs. My current employer uses it but it is a small business and the lady that handles are HR and office work said she did not know anything about an employer code.
