Hello bobotheclown (2) Unfortunately there is no option in Outlook on the web (the forum in which you posted your question) to save individual messages to an external source. The only option is to export the entire mailbox to a PST file. If you have any version of the Outlook desktop program (part of Office) then this can be easily accomplished.
