Hello, Dutchpupil. Welcome to the forum. I don't see anything wrong with the grammar of "I can comply with your requirements." However, that doesn't sound like a very positive thing to say about yourself. Something like "I have all the skills that you are asking for" sounds better to me.

While editing a technical document, I encountered a sentence beginning with the phrase, "In conformance to user requirements, ...". My instinct was to change the wording to "In conformance with user requirements." Indeed, a Google search confirms my sense: "in conformance with" About...
We can't cater to so large number of individual requirements. Am I correct in choosing "to" if requirements in question are technical ones for building houses rather than demand for supplying food or other things? I can be wrong though, because Cambridge dictionary for example suggests example with "for" for non food or things case:

2 Tüten (oder insgesamt 36 g) Cappuccinopulver mit der Sahne und dem Honig steif schlagen. Weiße Schokolade unterheben. Mousse in eine Schüssel oder Schalen umfüllen, mind. 30 Minuten kalt stellen und z.B mit frischen Beeren servieren. Leichter geht es nicht bei der Zubereitung.
Die Mousse mindestens 4 Stunden kalt stellen. Zum Servieren von der Mousse Nocken abstechen und in Gläser oder auf Desserttellern anrichten. Mit etwas Schokoladenraspel bestreuen und nach Belieben mit Orangenfilets oder Minzeblättchen garnieren.
Die Mousse in eine Schüssel oder Gläser füllen und für etwa 4 Stunden kalt stellen. Die Mousse dick mit Kakaopulver bestäuben und mit Keksröllchen anrichten.
Den etwas abgekühlten Espresso in eine Rührschüssel geben. Zucker und ausgedrückte Gelatine zufügen und darin auflösen. Den Mascarpone unter die noch heiße Masse rühren. Kalt stellen, bis die Masse zu gelieren beginnt. Die Sahne steif schlagen, 100 g davon zur Garnierung abnehmen.
Gelatine in kaltem Wasser einweichen. Espresso etwas abkühlen lassen und mit Zucker vermischen. Die ausgedrückte Gelatine darin auflösen. Den Mascarpone unter die noch warme Masse rühren (Flexirührer) und kalt stellen bis das Ganze zu gelieren beginnt.
Kaffeemousse gleichmässig auf 6 kleine Dessertschälchen oder Gläser gleichmäßig verteilen, Oberfläche glätten. Weisse Mousse mit dem Löffel oder einer Spruehtuelle darauf gleichmäßig verteilen, überdecken und vor dem Servieren mehrere Stunden oder eine Nacht lang abgekühlt stellen.
